This unique resort campground offers a wide range of amenities that you normally don't find in a campground.  Basically, they have taken the work out of camping.

Guests have a choice of cabins or safari tents.  The cabins come with beds (various configurations), a loft, a kitchenette and bathroom.  The safari tents are placed on a wooden platform and come with beds (various configurations).

They do not offer R.V. sites or traditional camping (you can not bring your own tent).

The majority of safari tents and cabins are within 50 feet of a spring-fed, ambling creek and have fabulous views of an unspoiled canyon dotted with chaparral, cacti and live oak.  Each site has a fire ring and picnic table.

This campground is well suited for large groups and retreats.

Amenities include a general store/boutique, a children's day camp, kayaking, hiking and mountain bike excursions, massages and group gathering rings.  They have a no-car policy in the canyon and you are sheltered from the omnipresent highway noise by the bends in the canyon.  The result is a wilderness experience just 20 miles from downtown Santa Barbara.

Directions:
Take the 101 to the El Capitan exit, about 20 miles Northwest of Santa Barbara. If southbound, turn towards the mountains. Go under the highway and the entrance to the campground/resort is just on the other side. If Northbound, the entrance is at the bottom of the ramp.
