Doing so minimizes the number of animals being turned over to shelters. Diana Basehart Foundation promotes dignity and respect for people and their pets in need. Tipper Gore, photographer & social advocate along with Bill Allen, retired editor-in-chief of National Geographic Magazine, have each donated one of their framed photographs up for sale to the highest bidder for this worthy cause. The event, hosted by Nancy Koppelman, will have a silent auction, wine, appetizers, live music and special guest Lydia Hiby, world-renowned animal communicator.
