This is not great customer service, I was there in Santa Barbara on Christmas Holiday, I went in to order something they had no signs of telling customers, they where closing to me that's very unethical to me, just recently I called them to check and I had to go the long way I was not happy about that! I wish they would have told me, when I order something it is not great customer service hopefully they can learn something for customers! I will miss Barnes and Nobles and also Borders to me the Landlord of the two malls are just idiots, there making really bad decision you are going to lose a lot of traffic do the fact that there no entertainement why rent is so freaken high maybe greedy landlords!

Nice people, drinks not great

Nice little coffee stop inside Barnes and Noble. Drinks we had though were not great. I wonder if the full Starbucks across the street is any better? Their food was pretty good. Nice people. The vibe is nice in that you can read while sipping.

BARNES AND NOBLE AND STARBUCKS CAN IT GET MORE CORPORATE THAN THAT...THE FIRST TIME I STOPPED IN I WAS JUST RUNNING IN TO PICK UP A GIFT IN THE BOOKSTORE BUT I STOPPED BY THE CAFE ON MY WAY OUT NEEDING A CAFFIENE FIX BEFORE CONTINUING MY HECTIC DAY AND I WAS IMPRESSED BY NOT ONLY THE BOOKSTORE IT SELF BUT THE FRIENDLY AND GENUINE SERVICE I RECIEVED THROUGHOUT THE STORE ESPECIALLY IN THE CAFE...WE HAVE ALL BEEN ON THE RECEIVING END OF BARISTA ATTITUDE BUT I HAVE BEEN BACK TO THIS CAFE REGULARLY FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND HAVE THOUROUGHLY ENJOYED MY EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME.
