The service here was terrible. The person helping me barely answered my questions, and when I got my bagel it was soggy and the cream cheese was melted into the bagel.

Convenient local bagels

I continue to go to Bagel Market Cafe because it's convenient on the mesa, and their bagels are good. The price is high for what you get. The atmosphere needs a facelift and is a bit run down. The staff are polite, though they are not personable. An average experience, though if there was another bagel place on the mesa I would probably switch.

Very Good Bagel Sandwich with the bagel of your choosing(better than Bagel Cafe in my opinion). Lots of indoor/outdoor seating(but for some reason they had all the indoor chairs up for lunch time cleaning?). Some language problems. A medium assortment of other baked goods.

I like the bagel here:)Especially the Santa Barbara is the best bagel sandiwitch I've ever eaten:P
However, it is very hard to find parking in the morning...thats the pain for me...

I was surprised to see the bad reviews! I don't go here often because I don't get breakfast out much. But! My son loves the Everything bagels and I have had great bagels from this place as well as doughnuts when I dare to let us splurge. The staff always seems efficient and friendly and to be doing a great job.

Do not go here if you are looking for a friendly atmosphere. The service is very uninviting, and some times, just plain flatout rude! The bagels are OK. And it's a convenient location if you live on the Mesa, but that's about it.

Yes they have decent bagels. Yet when I ask for my bagel sandwhich open faced.. they charged me double. The workers seem to hate working there and have never ever been nice to me. I used to go there almost everyday. I gave up becasue they were so rude. Now I drive to milpas for jack's bagels. They are nice and have really good bagels and dont try to charge me up the butt.
