Excellent lunch!

The Mobile Cafe was hired to be the food service for the Outrigger Canoe Race at East Beach on May 21, 2011. I ordered a grilled mahi mahi sandwich with asian style coleslaw and a fruity drink. Everything was outstanding! I tasted a bit of the fish before I ate the sandwich and it was delish the way it was grilled. It could have been eaten without the sandwich fixings, but it tasted great as a sandwich as well. I usually don't like coleslaw, but the asian twist on this slaw was great! I cannot remember my fruity drink except that I really liked it. The menu varies on this food truck so am not sure how to get another one of those yummy lunches!
