What's with the guy who sits there for hours, keeps asking for hot water and pours in a boatload of milk/cream, sugar, and cinnamon?
It's hard for small businesses to survive, especially on State Street. Cheapskates like this only make it more difficult.

In the morning, same 4 guys there every day. Buy coffee from starbucks and watch movies on their ipads. In the afternoon, its a highschool hangout, the employees take turns smoking out front. Hasn't been cleaned in a while. Get your coffee and go, not a healthy place to sit and enjoy your purchase.
It used to be much better, has been going down hill over the years.

Great coffee and bagels and great service. Just two problems:
1) People sit at tables for hours at a time and don't order anything. They should be told that tables are for customers only. This is a business NOT a library. It does NOT exist to provide cheapskates with free Wi-fi.
2) Some bring in food and/or drink from outside. This is a health code violation. All employees should be informed of this state law.
