Very disappointed too
Reviewer: Val from Santa Barbara, CA
My review sounds just like the other review about this new so-called deli. My French Dip sandwich consisted of a thin spread of mystery meat mush. Bread was also tasteless. Was completely shocked at their sides. Looked more like a garnish. My coleslaw consisted of 2 tablespoons of cabbage. The fruit salad on my friend's plate was tiny pieces of fruit in a cup about the size of the little containers you put catsup in at Wendy's. Will never go back. I give this place about 6 months or less before the rent sign goes back up. If you want a good French Dip go down the street to Joes Cafe.

Corporate garbage
Reviewer: Eric from Santa Barbara, CA
I was very disappointed with the food quality. This is basically a themed subway... Way too many of these corporate fast food establishments spend the lion's share of their money on marketing to get people in the door and very little on actually buying quality ingredients or solid food preparation. My corned beef on rye neither looked nor tasted like any corned beef I've ever had. The meat was like shredded ham, I'm guessing it was equivalent to McD's pink slime. The bread was bad, the meat was bad, the cole slaw had no flavor and was only a tiny quantity. New York Deli? Nope. I paid over $12 for a $4 fast food sandwich. Never again.
