First time here, ordered the "cold" fried chicken sandwich. emphasis on cold, and read: pre-made and pulled from a fridge upon ordering. Nice for a deli torpedo sub, but not what I was expecting for a ciabatta sandwich with greens. The ciabatta roll itself was under-baked(!!)... top half was thick with unbaked dough under the crust. For a "bakery" this is a pretty big misstep. After proceeding to eat the sandwich without bread, the flavors are definitely there thanks to the herby chicken and spread, but the overall temperature of the sando was just above freezing and made for weird texture. I'll give them some credit for not making yet-another "hot" fried chicken sandwich entry, but I'm not sure this is a great alternative. For a pre-made dough sandwich... I'm not thrilled at continuing to pay for mediocre food and funk zone real estate.
