With over 15 years of local wine industry experience, Wine Canyon Tours gives you an informative and adventurous, yet casual exploration of the gorgeous Santa Barbara back country. The wine tours are designed for guests to relax, enjoy scenic views, eat delicious BBQ and most important to discover premium boutique wineries that produce high-quality wines. Our goal is to create an unforgettable wine touring experience.

Santa Barbara is a diverse and bountiful land with a pristine coastline, stunning peaks, deep canyons, seemingly endless stretches of green valleys and hillsides; a rugged east/west mountain range separating the Pacific from the valley. This rich geography sets the stage for a wine country where cool and warm climate vineyards thrive.

Santa Barbara Wine Country is a place where both pioneers and a new generation of winegrowers and winemakers nurture vines and make handcrafted, exquisite wines with care and without pretense - a place where Wine Canyon Tours’ guests are always welcome.

Daily Tour - semi-private

Daily tours are provided with Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez Valley door to door pick-up and drop-off services. This includes tasting fees at 4 premium wineries, an award winning BBQ lunch and safe comfortable transportation in a 10 passenger Mercedes-Benz sprinter van. You can expect to enjoy stunning scenery, take pleasure in stopping at historical landmarks, taste delicious handcrafted wines paired with fresh artisan cheeses, picnic at one of our local boutique wineries and learn all about Santa Barbara Wine Country from grape to glass. Anticipate exclusive behind the scenes cellar/barrel room tours and tastings. A winemaker is never far away. Call for rates.

Specialized Tours - Parties of 2-9. Call for rates

• The Super Uber Wine Tour - Visit four ultra-premium wine producers. 90+ point scores minimum required. Private vineyard BBQ lunch included. This is the ultimate wine tour.
• The Original Pioneers Tour - Visit four boutique wineries. The original pioneer wineries of Rhone and Burgundy style will be included. Private winemaker tastings and lunch included.
• In Search of the Perfect Pinot Tour - Visit four wineries in the Santa Rita hills region. Exclusive access to some of the most desired burgundian style producers in the world. Anticipate ultra premium, chardonnays, pinots, and cool climate syrahs.
• Aces High Tour - Take your chances on this tour! Visit two wineries and then lunch and gambling at the famous Chumash Casino resort. Special stop on the way home.
• The Original Gunslinger Tour - Hit the Range for some skeet shooting, two wineries included. Lunch at Cold Springs Tavern and a stop at famous Maverick Saloon

About Wine Canyon Tours

Rick Reeves, the owner and head ranger of Wine Canyon Tours has lived in Santa Barbara County for more than 20 years. He has immense respect and appreciation of the natural beauty and gifts that the area offers. Rick, whose family owns and operates two local vineyards, gained further experience in the wine industry working at Jaffurs Wine Cellars, Beckmen Vineyards and distribution at Southern Wine and Spirits.

Rick has had many special personal experiences with the unique wines and amazing beauty of the Santa Ynez Valley. Being able to share those same experiences with you is the goal of Wine Canyon Tours. The exhilaration of taking in scenic views of the Valley, discovering boutique wineries and tasting delicious wines for which the region is famous...each tour offering an unforgettable day.
