No delivery charge!, 10/31/2009

I ran out of food in my kitchen so I decided to order some take-out. I found out that Pita Pit delivers for FREE so I gave them a try! I ordered a falafal pita spread with baba ghanoush (the eggplant version of hummus) and stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, sprouts, banana peppers and onions. It was delicious and healthy! The delivery gal was super speedy and nice. I think I'm going to have them cater an upcoming event in my office.

Nice Food, But Expensive, 12/2/2008

As a former Shift Manager at this Pita Pit location, before the renovations & new management, I can only say that Pita Pit is a good place to eat if you have a lot of money. Each pita is between $6 and $7, and if I hadn't gotten them for free I never would have eaten there. But, it IS very nice to be able to choose exactly what you eat--I'm a vegan and it's much easier to choose my toppings than to have to ask for omissions or substitutions. And the new decorations and setup is very easy to navigate. All in all, I'd recommend visiting on a once-a-month basis.

Healthy Good Food & Good Service, 10/20/2008

Good stuff. Sometimes a little hard to know what goes with what on the toppings. I usually just throw as much stuff that sounds good together as I can and go for it! Hummus as a spread good.

Good food, very convenient Online Ordering, 12/6/2007

The food is good and relatively healthy, but the best part is their easy online ordering system and delivery. Makes a great work day lunch, when you can't leave the building. The bonus was that they also included chocolate chip cookies! What a nice surprise. The delivery service charge was very reasonable. I will definately be a repeat customer!

i love it, and if you are easy on the condiments, than its healthy and gives u that perfeect mix of carbs, proteins, and fat. I always get grilled chicken, with hummus, romaine, tomatos, onions, green peppers, pickles, pinapple, and taziki sauce...yum!

there's pretty much something for everyone at pita pit. my personal fav is roast beef (make sure you get double meet, otherwise the pita is a little small) onions, peppers, mushrooms, and honey mustard. like i said, they have a lot of options, so it's ki9nd of like a differnet take on subway. and they deliver till 3 am, you can't beat that (except that it takes about an hour....)

It has never felt this good eating before!, 2/5/2006

I love Pita Pit!! IT is fresh, healthy, and satisfying all at the same time! MY favorite is when the mushrooms, oinions and cheese is put on the grill with turkey. Honey mustard rocks my socks. It feels good to feed your body something that's good for it!

If you are in the mood for something healthy, fresh, and light this place does the job. I was really skeptical at first before going in but it turned out to be pretty good. It´s a nice alternative to Freebirds or Sliver Greens if you are in IV. Only bad part is that things are a tiny bit over priced.
