One of the lower end mex places on Milpas. Meat Gristle problems. I was surprised they do have an indoor seating area that was decent for similar places on milpas. Only canned sodas/no chips. I did not see any outdoor seating. Try one of the other places along milpas would be my recommendation. Server was nice. There is small parking around back. Portion was good. Having gotten the same thing from Altamarino's the night before this place was just not there. Try Los Agaves, Super Rica, Arturo's etc.

Very nice tacos well presented. Mixed garnish on the plate a plus. Three salsas - avo-based, tomatillo, and roasted pepper - all yummy. Chips were a little tough. Enchiladas - lengua, asada, carnitas (more options available) were excellent with a gutsy chili sauce + rice & beans. A garnish of lettuce, sour crema, and a little guacamole makes a fine plate. Also assorted soups and other dishes. Service was friendly and appropriate for the format. Indoor and outdoor seating (no umbrellas). Canned drinks. Well worth a visit with a price from $1.25 tacos to $7-8 for most complete plates, a few slightly more.

I like going here. They have a large menu, with lots of options from $1.25 tacos to full meals with specialties from southern Mexico. They provide great salsa with each meal, and have a large outdoor and indoor seating area.

This place has delicious, authentic food that is very reasonably priced. After all the places that have been through this location, I hope this one sticks around. This is a top contender for best Mexican food on the Milpas mile. Let the battle begin!

Just went and ordered 3 carnitas tacos. They were tiny and yummy. Grand total $4.00! Love that.

Due to the pictures of the tacos that I saw posted on this website, I decided to give it a try. Really glad I did! I got 3 tacos- fish, carnitas, and carne asada. The fish wasn't anything to write home about, but the carnitas and carne asada were delicious! I loved that they have pictures of all the menus items posted in their window. The prices were reasonable ($1.25 per taco, $5.99 for a burrito) and they brought a basket of chips and salsa for those sitting down in the restaurant. I'm really looking forward to going back and trying more!
