The owner was greeter and expediter which makes for a great food truck experience. We had large brisket and regular pulled pork sandwiches. Pulled pork was tender and tasty with slaw on top. Brisket was a little dry but with a decent smoke ring, served with a sweet red sauerkraut topping. (We'll get it on the side next time.) Big portion of sliced beef served on a toasted loaf. They don't overdo it on sauce. Both the sweet and spicy sauces are nice, so take some extra if you like a moist sammie. Also had the side of brussels sprouts and tomato plus hush puppies which were soft and yummy with green goddess dressing for dipping. All for twenty bucks in a sturdy take-away box, and they take credit cards. Next time shall try the chicken with horseradish sauce and the ribs which looked excellent.

My family tried Georgia's for the first time recently, and we tried a number of menu items: ribs, smoked turkey sandwich, brisket sandwich, regular fries, and hush puppies. We enjoyed everything! The ribs were fall off the bone tasty. The brisket sandwich was very good, though the meat was a bit overcooked and slightly tough. The fries with dipping sauce were great. The hush puppies are promoted as coming with bacon and cheese but ours were sans bacon and cheese, and were still amazing, though a bit greasy. The truck staff are very friendly and willing to tweak a menu item per request. Hope this truck thrives and considers opening a brick and mortars location.

Possibly the best food truck ever, 6/16/2013

The highlights of my month are the two days each month that Georgia's stops at my company's parking lot for the lunch hour. I make a pretty good pulled pork sandwich, but theirs knocks mine out of the park. Maybe it's that terrific slaw they put on it. The hush puppies are great, the grilled cheese sandwiches are inventive and of course gooey, and the service is FAST, friendly, and real. You're dealing with real people cooking really good food. I imagine this is what food trucks are like in large cities. We're lucky to have Georgia's!

The owners are both nice here. My fave is the brisket sandwich so far. The sweet potato fries are great and try the Hush Puppies! Maybe the fastest out food truck I've ever been to, so much faster than Burger Bus. Definitely worth a try.

I had Georgia's Smokehouse cater my wedding this past weekend. Our guests were delighted with the food and charmed by Alissa and Brian. They were both so great to work with and made the wedding planning process stress-free and easy. Whenever I came to Alissa with a question, she had an answer ready for me right away. She was so responsive and did everything I asked for, even when I had to make changes at the last minute. I had so many wedding guests come up to me and rave about the food, which was SO amazing. I loved everything. The pulled pork, hushpuppies, fried brussel sprouts were heaven and the apple crisp was one of the best I've had! Thank you so much Alissa and Brian!

...But they visit SB, Funk Zone and Carp as well! Georgia's is very tasty. I love ribs and make them myself, and consider myself an aficionado. Georgia's does not disappoint! Smoky and fall-off-the-bone. Brisket is smoky and lusciously moist. Pulled chicken sandwich has a white horseradish sauce that's not for the meek, yet is oh so tasty. The spicy BBQ has terrific classic BBQ tomato-based flavor but with an underlying spicy pepper heat (like jalapenos, not cracked black pepper) that is so good. They are very responsive via Facebook too, which is a huge plus.

Delightful Food Truck Dining Experience, 6/5/2013

The owner was very engaging, answered questions about the food, the history, and when they would be back! I loved the grilled cheese sandwich (brie and mushrooms on rosemary sourdough bread!), and the fries were skin-on and salted to perfection. Owner Brian Parks said they'd make our business park a monthly stop, and I can hardly wait for next month.
