Besdt Indian food downtown. It is clean, the servers are nice, it is SO DELICIOUS, and they are VERY reasonably priced. Me and my friend come here as often as we can, we usually order 2 dishes with rice and share them. I'm a vegetarian, I have never disliked anything I've tried there. It is ALWAYS good. I would suggest the paneer tikka masala, yum!

stale indian food

while it seemed we were always being asked if we needed anything, we had to ask three different people for just about anything - more drinks, the check, etc. the food was seasoned okay, but nothing extraordinary. VERY stingy on the meat - chicken dishes had maybe five small pieces of chicken and the rest was potato and sauce. good luck staying open!

Service was excellent, the manager was very nice to the whole table and ensured we received everything we wanted. Food was excellent, the chef even made me something not listed on the menu (Vegetable Vindaloo). At the end, the manager had comped our dessert. Delicious. least it's better than Flavor of India

I ordered my usual: Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Vindaloo, Saag Paneer, basmati rice for 2, 1 order naan, 1 order papadum. The server was very nice on the phone. The food was ready when promised. Though they opened at 5pm, server was still alone at 5:45 (waitress had just arrived for her shift). The server had to do everything himself, so it took a little while to pay. Otherwise the service would have gotten 5 stars. Both chicken dishes were average at best. There was not much chicken, and chicken was a little overcooked. Spices were not complex...they seemed to use too much of a single spice. The saag paneer was excellent...I highly recommend it. Naan, rice, and papadum were all fine. I am used to paying $45 for this meal at Spice Ave and at All India it's $35 at Tamira. They really did lower their prices. At this lower cost, I'll be returning.
