Our second time here. The server said they change the menu almost every month. Cocktails very good. The starters of beet and fresee salad was delicious. Duck raviolo very tasty, but could have been a bit bigger for a raviolo. Chicken tagine and mussels were outstanding. Great desserts. Overall very goood. A little expensive however. Spoke with the owner who said in dealing with the city permitting process he had to invest a large amount of money and time which makes his prices higher here. Oh, Thursday is jazz trio night which makes it hard to have a conversation.

First time at this restaurant for 4 of us - table booked online, options were high table, low table, outside. Friend picked high table, which turned out to be 1 of 3 communal tables on the enclosed patio. As we were seated we were told another couple would be seated with us in an hour or so. What?!? The menu was nothing like I'd seen on Yelp, Open table or their website. No french onion soup, steak tartare, lamb tagine. Entrees pared down to 5 or 6, nothing particularly inspired or particularly French/Med. Delicious little gems salad, great truffle fries and outstanding bread. Monkfish was underseasoned, duck breast was halved lengthwise, making it tough. Our entrees took a long time to arrive and were good but not great. Prices are out of line - steak $48, duck $40. We don't mind paying for excellent food but this was not up to par. Our server told us they had just changed the menu, again. Feels like they are trying to find their footing after being open 10 months. We agreed we would not return. Will go to Petit Valentien, Wine Cask/Intermezzo or Bouchon next time out.

First time will be back!, 1/18/2019
